L’assemblée Générale s’est tenue à 18h00 en salle de réunion du Collège de Bozel.

Bilan financier 2021/2022
Les comptes ont été refaits avec quelques ajustements
Total recettes : 10 473,17€
Total Dépenses écoles : 11 708€ (+248,67€ dépenses générales)
Déficit global 1483,50€
Rappel annulation apéro rock qui aurait pu combler ce déficit (manque de bénévoles)

Remerciements à l’Harmonie de Bozel qui a animé la vente de Tartiflette en février. Un grand succès, à renouveler en 2023. Merci également à la mairie pour son soutien toute l’année (prêt de salles et de matériel)

Cotisations : 15€ pour 1 enfant + 5 euros par enfant supplémentaire
De nombreux dons cette année par les familles.
Encore beaucoup de cotisations manquantes au 4 octobre, un rappel sera fait.

Projet de spectacle de l’école élémentaire en décembre en lien avec le projet opéra, les enseignantes proposent qu'un goûter soit organisé par l’Ape.
Dates et évènements pour 2022-2023
Vente de fruit-légumes – 15 octobre.
Vente chocolats de Noël – 16 décembre distribution en classe
Huîtres d’Oléron – 23 décembre devant la mairie
Tartiflette & vin chaud – 16 février devant la mairie
Tombola de pâques – 6 avril
Fête des mères – 23 mai
La vente des chocolats et des Huîtres étant pour Noël, les flyers et bons de commandes seront distribués en même temps dans les classes mais 2 règlements à faire, 2 bons de commandes différents.
Apéro rock envisagé en juin mais déjà prévu par Bozel animation puis un autre apéro rock par le club de ski fond en juin. A la recherche d’un nouveau projet en remplacement.
Autres idées
Carnaval Party en février avec vin chaud, salle des tilleuls envisagée, à mettre en place avec les écoles
Crêpes en juin à renouveler
Eco cup avec logo de l’Ape Cerise, pochettes, sacs ?
Fête de la bière ? Soupe pour halloween ?

Pas de groupe WhatsApp membres actifs
Tous les parents peuvent nous aider et se porter volontaire
Création d’un site internet avec toutes les informations sur l’Ape, les projets de l’année et nombre de bénévoles dont nous aurons besoin. Inscription en ligne possible pour se positionner sur un événement. Le site sera actif pour la vente fruits et légumes, les bénévoles pourront s’inscrire directement en ligne. Nous mettrons également les photos, documents, CR des assemblées générales. Un email sera envoyé avec lien du site.
Communication suggérée en version anglaise pour les emails et flyers.
Changement du bureau et élections de nouveaux membres
Le bureau actuel reste en place. Nous remercions Sallyann et Caitlin qui acceptent de rester une année de plus et pour toutes ces années d’investissement au sein de l’Ape.
3 départs prévus l’année 2023/2024, nous anticipons et recherchons de nouveaux membres.

The general assembly meeting was held at 6pm in the meeting hall at Bozel college.

Financial Balance 2021/2022
The accounts have been recalculated following a few adjustments.
Total revenue: 10 473,17€
Total Spend by Bozel school: 11 708€ (+248,67€ general expenses)
Overall deficit 1483,50€
Note the cancellation of ‘apero rock’ due to lack of volunteers, which could have countered this deficit.
See annexes 1&2 for breakdown of expenditure and revenue.
Many thanks to the Harmony musical group in Bozel who accompanied the Tartiflette sale in February. A huge success to be repeated in 2023. Thanks equally to the town hall for their support this year (loan of premises and equipment)
Forecast 2022-2023
Contributions: 15€ for 1 child and €5 each child thereafter.
Numerous donations by families this year.
Many contributions still missing on the 4th October, a reminder issued.

The elementary school pupils are currently preparing an opera show for December, the teachers suggest a gouter / snack to share on the day of the show to be organised by the APE.
Dates and events for 2022-2023
Fruit and vegetable sale – 15th October.
Christmas chocolate sale – 16th December, distribution in class.
Oysters of Oléron – 23rd December, in front of the town hall.
Tartiflette & vin chaud – 16th February, in front of the town hall.
Easter Tombola– 6th April.
Mothers day event – 23rd May.
Regarding the Christmas chocolate and oyster sale, the fliers and ordering sheets will be distributed at the same time throughout the classes, but order sheets and payments to be handles and processed seperately.
Regarding the Apéro rock drinks planned for the end of the school year 2023; drinks parties have also been pencilled in by Bozel Animation and by the cross country ski club in June. We are now looking at alternative fundraisers.
Other ideas
A party to celebrate Carnaval in February with vin chaud, hoping to use the salle des tilleuls, to be organised with the school.
Crêpes in June to be repeated.
A re-usable cup with the APE cerise logo printed on it, purses, bags?
A beer festival? Soup for halloween?

No more Whatsapp group for active members
All the parents can help us and volunteer.
Creation of a website with all the information on the APE, the projects for the year and the number of volunteers needed. Online registration possible to volunteer for an event. The site will be active for the sale of fruits and vegetables, volunteers will be able to register directly online. We will also put the photos, documents, CR of the general assemblies. An email will be sent with the site link.
Communication suggested in English for emails and fliers.
Change of office and election of new committee members:
The current committee rests in place. We thank Sallyann and Caitlin who have agreed to stay on for another year and for all their investment over the years to benefit the APE.
3 departures envisaged for the year 2023/2024, we anticipate and look for new members.
